  • How long will it take to get my money if I'm accepted?

    When you have successfully applied for your loan, we will receive confirmation from the loan provider and will authorise your approved installer to order the products on your quote and book an install date with you. Upon successful completion of the installation you will be asked to sign a Customer Satisfaction Note. This will be submitted to the loan provider and they will send the loan value to us. You will receive from a receipted invoice from us, by e-mail typically within 15 working days of the installation being made, confirming that the financial management of the installation has been successfully completed.

  • Who can apply for a loan?

    Anyone who meets our eligibility criteria:

    • Aged 18 or over
    • Hold a bank or building society account
    • Are a permanent UK resident (and have been living in the UK for at least 12 months)
    • You are in permanent paid employment, self-employed or retired with a pension
    • Are a permanent UK resident (and have been living in the UK for at least 12 months)
    • Have a good credit history
  • What is a credit search?

    This involves a search on your credit report to assess your credit history. It's based on your name and address and is provided by Credit Reference Agencies. Our searches will be noted against your name to make other lenders aware we have requested information about you.

  • How do I make repayment

    Repayments are made monthly by Direct Debit from your nominated bank account.

  • What is a representative APR?

    APR (Annual Percentage Rate) is the rate of interest payable of your loan worked out on a yearly basis. Representative APR is the APR that at least 51% of customers are expected to be charged. The APR you are quoted may vary from the representative rate as it will depend upon the loan amount you borrow. The APR you are offered if accepted for a loan will vary depending on individual circumstances and loan amount.

  • Do you charge an arrangement fee?

    No, we do not charge any arrangement fees.

  • How long does the application process take?

    If you apply online the application process should take no longer than ten minutes.

  • How long to make a decision?

    The decision will be instant once you submit your application. In some cases we may require additional information from you before we make a decision.

  • If I'm accepted how do I sign online?

    You simply click the e-signature boxes to sign your agreement.

  • Can I make overpayments?

    Yes you can make overpayments. Any overpayments you make will show on your account as a credit and your monthly direct debit payments will stop collecting until the credit has run out.

  • My loan has been referred, what happens next?

    If your loan is referred it means we need to make some additional checks against your application. We will contact you to let you know if we need any further information.

  • Can I repay my loan early?

    Yes, you can settle your loan in full or in part at any time. If you wish to make a partial early settlement you must tell us when you make the payment.

  • When could I incur additional charges?

    You could incur an additional charge due to the following circumstances:

    • Recalled Direct Debit - £22 per occurrence
    • Returned or recalled Cheques or credit/debit card payments - £25 per occurrence
    • Letters sent to you as a result of a breach or your credit agreement - £25 per letter
    • Default Notice - £50 per notice
    • Changes to your contractual payment date. You may change your contractual payment date and the first change of date is free. Any further changes to contractual payment date will incur a £10 charge.
  • How quickly can I get the money for my home improvement?

    Customers need to apply by phone or by using the on-line application process; once approved drawdown of your loan will be against the accredited installation, following a 14 day “cooling off period”.

  • How quickly do I get the decision?

    In most cases we offer instant decisions, although there may be occasions when we require further information before we can complete your application. You will have 14 days to change your mind after you have signed up to the loan.
